Yes, you're right. It's all about the offset.

Getting the right offset so you don't have wheels/tyres hanging out of the guards, or the need to get wider guards.

I like em cos they're plain and simple.

Well now that I know they are at least a proper offset, it's worth finding out the cost...

Problem is they're 18's and that's too close to 19's for my liking... Too close to fag wheels...

No I think 18s just slip in.. they look a lot nicer than 16s/17s but not overly big.. tyre costs are not overly outrageous and the smaller sidewalls look good.. my 2 cents
