How much brake fluid in the system?

Hey guys. I'm gonna change my brake fluid and just wanna know how much I'll need to buy. This is for a 2000 type rs which obviously has the bigger brakes. cheers. Matt

Hey Matt,

we bled the fluid in our track FD a while back and used one and a bit bottles of fluid (500ml bottles), at the same time we replaced the lines, so you could probably get away with a little less, but then again, ours is a '93 with the smaller brakes.

so in conclusion you should be safe with two bottles and you'll have some left over for top ups and what not.
