Hi Guys,


I couldn't be bothered waiting for my designer to come up with a design,
so here's a sample I did, Let us know what ya think or ways to Improve it.


I'll change it untill we get one everyone likes.:)

I agree with Ray man, just find a nice font for "FDOWNERS.COM" and fuck the rest off. Too busy and colourful. Also most rear windows are tinted so you're obviously going to want the writing in white on a clear sticker.

Yeah not a bad idea...needs to be more of an FD shape though. LOL
Im at work so i dont have photoshop, but just get a side on photo of an FD, black and white it, change it to outlines or whatever, up the contrast, and copy the rough shape. Then just manipulate it. Surely theres a photoshop pro on the forums somewhere who can help us out....

What would people think if the "O" in Owners was a little more rotor like?

And dreamin, nice job, I think I like that font.

yeah i've seen that as well looks sweet, as Rod was saying have to tone the graphics and stuff down cause of tinted windows etc but would look awsome for T-Shirt logo....

Can still give it ago and see what it looks like though.

instead of having the text/image as one big decal printed on a clear backing, how about having it printed like sponsor style stickers where the text/image is actually all individual letters, you know where you peel the backing off, place the decal where you want it, then peel the front off, does that make sense?

getting them made is not a problem, tons of printing places around can do that, deciding on the finished item is what'll delay it I reckon.......

pretty much any print shop can do a t-shirt print. all you gotta do is give them the design and they can do it. I think the one near me charges something like $25-40 depending on quality of the shirt, style and the print as they have many different styles to choose from like singlets, polo's and t-shirts. Anyhoo I'd be in for getting a few shirts and sticker too :D

So that at your next FDowners meet they can be all distrubuted at the same time to all owners who have purchased them.

Saves money shipping them individually interstate.

i think we should get a set size for all the prints and a rought measurement as to where on the shirt the print will go to keep a uniform look throughout all states..

also, i think stickers should be done in same font and (as above) a uniform size for height/length.

and we MUST have the little "Get on it" on both stickers and shirts :D

yes well i forgot to mention it until just now hahaha sorry, but yeah hit me up, i can take some pics of some shirts i have made up in the past and also some stickers if you want to show you the quality, i did alot of the graphics for autosalon back in the day with this guy when i was workin for Ares Speed and we won just about every Graphics trophie under the sun lol one time we did a 7 layer decal that looked like airbrushing... it was homospec for me and not my cup of tea but thats the kind of stuff he can do even
