power fc screen of death??

howdy,
so i was driving and i noticed my hand controller had fallen off where i have it stuck (always does, shitty velcro just doesn't hold it in place), and so i picked it up and noticed that it had the apexi screen showing. As in the display is showing the apexi logo.... I tried pressing the different buttons but i can't get out of this screen and back to the normal menu. anyone know whats going on and how i fix this??

when you car is off pull out the plug of the commander the goes into the ecu and put it in again then try it

well i've been away out of sydney for a while, just got back, tried disconnecting the hand controller and plugging it back in and that did it. good as new now.
